Managing Director

Indika Neththasinghe is a visionary entrepreneur and the founder of Eco Solve (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka's first ISO 9001-certified LED Lights Manufacturing company. With over 10 years of corporate experience at the Hayleys Group prior to establishing Eco Solve in 2009, Indika has built a reputation for his strategic leadership and business acumen. Today, he spearheads multiple business ventures, driving innovation and excellence in the lighting solutions industry.

Mr. Prasanna Edirisinghe

Director – Research & Development

A highly skilled engineer, Prasanna Edirisinghe holds a BSc (Honours) degree in Electronic Engineering from the prestigious University of Moratuwa. With extensive experience in electronic and electrical engineering, Prasanna co-founded Eco Solve (Pvt) Ltd in 2009. His expertise in cutting-edge technologies and his commitment to innovation have been instrumental in positioning Eco Solve as a leader in LED Lights Manufacturing and customized lighting solutions.

Ms. Samitha Kumari

Directress

With a unique blend of creativity and entrepreneurship, Samitha Kumari is a distinguished graduate in Fine Arts from the University of Kelaniya. She began her entrepreneurial journey in 1998 and has brought her creative insights to Eco Solve. Her contributions have been pivotal in designing bespoke LED Lighting Solutions that cater to diverse industries, from hospitality to commercial spaces.

Mr. Kasun Dissanayake

Factory Manager

Kasun Dissanayake is a dedicated engineer with a BSc (Honours) degree and extensive expertise in managing advanced manufacturing processes. At Eco Solve, he oversees the company’s fully integrated LED Lights production facility, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of quality, durability, and energy efficiency. His leadership in production operations guarantees reliable, eco-friendly lighting solutions.

Mr. Lasantha Priyankara

Manager – Research
